Middle Sales Manager Offline

We are currently looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our client base and grow our business. If you have a passion for technology, a strong sales background, and experience in B2B SaaS or custom software development, we’d love to meet you!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate high-quality leads for our software and engineering services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring effective follow-up and timely closure of opportunities.
  • Research and identify client needs to align our services with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and activities using CRM tools.

     

Requirements:

  • Proven 2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in the software development/IT outsourcing industry.
  • Experience in international sales, working with clients from Europe and the USA.
  • Strong understanding of software development services, including custom software solutions, SaaS, web development, mobile apps, and enterprise systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Experience with sales platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Expandi, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the software outsourcing industry and its trends is a plus.
