Allpass.ai is a fast-growing startup delivering cutting-edge automated KYC/AML solutions that help businesses worldwide automate and optimize digital identity verification processes.
Weβre looking for a hands-on, highly responsible QA & Support Coordinator to own the quality of our product, help reproduce and track issues, and ensure a smooth experience for both users and the dev team.
πΌ What youβll be doing:
β’ Test new features before release and ensure product quality
β’ Reproduce, document, and track bugs in Trello
β’ Collect and structure customer-reported issues and feedback
β’ Support clients during product onboarding and integration
β’ Answer product-related questions via chat or email
β’ Maintain and update the Trello development board
β’ Write clear, concise release notes for internal and external use
β’ Help coordinate dev tasks across sprints and releases
π€ Who weβre looking for:
β’ Exceptionally responsible, detail-oriented, and organized
β’ Experience in manual QA or product testing
β’ Comfortable working with bug trackers like Trello (or similar)
β’ Able to work independently and handle complex issue reproduction
β’ Clear written communication in English (youβll document bugs and write release notes)
β’ A basic understanding of how web products work (e.g. frontend/backend, APIs, UX issues)
π± Bonus if you have:
β’ Experience in a B2B SaaS
β’ Prior work in support, success, or onboarding roles
β’ Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Trello, or similar tools
β’ Experience writing user-facing documentation or release notes
