Business Development Manager

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our client base and partnerships at Code & Cakes! This full-time, remote role is perfect for someone passionate about IT services and sales.
 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in IT services sales;
  • Strong B2B sales skills;
  • Advanced English (spoken & written);
  • Will be a plus: Experience with Upwork lead generation and optimization.
     

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales cycle from lead to deal;
  • Qualify and nurture leads (MQL, SAL, SQL);
  • Collaborate with the CEO to drive growth;
  • Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs);
  • Handle objections and turn “not interested” leads into opportunities;
  • Report insights to Top Management.

Tools:
HubSpot (or similar), Upwork, DocuSign (or similar).
