Middle QA Engineer (Manual)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Middle QA Engineer with a strong background in manual testing and experience in the fintech domain for our partner product company - IT Fin https://www.itfin.io/. 
This product is an automated solution for efficient management of projects, finances, resources, HR, and sales. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality products, works independently, and understands the nuances of financial or ERP systems.

Requirements:

• 1.5 + years of experience in manual QA of web applications
• Experience working in or with fintech products
• Strong understanding of different testing types (functional, regression, integration, etc.)
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining test documentation (checklists, test cases, bug reports)
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA best practices
• Responsibility, independence, and attention to detail

• English level: Intermediate or higher

   

Would be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of bookkeeping

• Experience working in or with ERP systems

   

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web applications
• Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure full test coverage
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Log and track defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues
• Ensure the product meets quality standards, usability, and functional expectations before release
