What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Python Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be a key player in a small, agile team, working closely with mid-level developers and mentoring juniors. 

Reporting directly to the CTO/Software Architect, you’ll:

• Lead & Mentor: guide junior and mid-level developers, review PRs, and elevate the team’s technical skills.
• Optimize Architecture & CI/CD: enhance system architecture, refine CI/CD pipelines, and automate deployments.
• Ensure Code Quality: maintain high standards through rigorous testing, code reviews, and best practices.
• Develop & Deploy: work across the stack using Django (backend) and React (frontend) to build new features and improve existing ones.
• Collaborate & Innovate: work with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile sprints, and communicate technical insights to stakeholders.
