Lead Full-Stack(Java/React) Developer

We're looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer hands on, with strong front-end and back-end skills, background in working with databases and cloud-native architectures. You'll work in a cross-functional development team working directly with a UK-based client in the RegTech sector, building a cutting-edge compliance management platform that helps financial institutions ensure regulatory alignment through communication monitoring and analysis

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Drive the end-to-end design and implementation of new and existing features across the product.
  • Own and improve the technical stack of the project, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with the client and product stakeholders to define requirements, architecture, and technical priorities.
  • Support other team members through code reviews, mentorship, and problem-solving sessions.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across the full stack.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
  • Front-end expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript (v5), SCSS, React.js, and Redux.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and MS SQL.
  • Experience with cloud-hosted architectures and microservices.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools.
  • Exposure to different systems integration technologies like RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Message Queuing, etc.
  • Experience with CI/CD and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with Unit/Integration Testing.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
  • English proficiency: upper-intermediate or above

     

Additional Skills:

 

  • Experience in telecommunications or finance-related industries is a plus.
  • Experience with Apache Kafka and CDC (Debezium) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
