Lead Frontend Developer (Vue.js) Offline

Project Description

The Tech Lead will be responsible for defining the frontend architecture, leading the development team, ensuring best practices, and driving the successful implementation of Vue.js in a hybrid environment alongside an existing Java-based application.

Job Description

Frontend Expertise: Vue.js (Primary), React/Angular (Nice to Have).
Styling & UI Frameworks: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap (Optional).
SSR & Performance Optimization: Experience with Nuxt.js or similar SSR tools.
Testing & QA: Experience with unit & integration testing.
API Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL (Nice to Have).
Leadership & Communication: Experience leading teams, conducting code reviews, and working with cross-functional teams.
Version Control & CI/CD: Experience in automated deployment pipelines.
Nice to have: Java experience for occasional backend contributions.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the frontend team in designing and developing Vue.js components while ensuring smooth SSR (Server-Side Rendering) implementation.
Establish best practices for frontend development, state management, and component reusability.
Collaborate with backend engineers to define API requirements and ensure seamless integration with the Java-based backend.
Oversee the transition and coexistence of Vue.js screens within the existing Java-based MVC architecture.
Ensure the responsiveness and performance of the application across mobile and tablet devices.
Work closely with UI/UX designer to implement a consistent design system.
Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and establish a strong development workflow.
Define the testing strategy for frontend components, ensuring high-quality standards in development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals.
