Gamification Manager (Gambling)

We are looking for a Gamification manager to join our team!

Requirements:

  • 1.5–2 years of experience as a CRM/Retention Manager;
  • Deep understanding of the most popular bonus mechanics in the online casino industry;
  • Experience with gamification tools (e.g., Smartico) is a plus;
  • Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a quest system, including daily and weekly quests;
  • Create segmented quests aimed at player activation, retention, and reactivation;
  • Launch various achievements and avatars for players of different statuses based on task completion;
  • Design and implement a loyalty program based on quests;
  • Execute a VIP player strategy using all available gamified platform activities.
