Senior Backend Engineer to $4000 Offline

We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Python (Django)) who’s passionate about building intelligent systems, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and wants to directly impact the future of commerce.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in Python (Django) 
• Ideally some experience with Go
• Solid understanding of modern web frameworks and scalable API development (REST and GraphQL)
• Strong database knowledge – you know how to design efficient data models and optimize complex queries
• Serious about clean code, automated testing, and CI/CD
• Excellent communication skills in English

What You’ll Do:

• Design and build scalable APIs (REST & GraphQL) that power AI-driven product recommendations
• Develop and optimize data models and queries to ensure high performance across the board
• Contribute to core backend systems using Python
• Lead architectural decisions and bring best practices to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ensure code quality through automated testing and robust deployment processes
