Android Developer

Samsung R&D Institute Ukraine is looking for a passionate and collaborative Android Developer to join our team.

We support the Avatar Camera application, which is part of the Galaxy Avatar ecosystem on Samsung Galaxy devices. As a member of our team, you'll be involved in the full cycle of activities related to Android application development and support. We are looking for a talented and motivated Android developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team.
 

Required skills / expertise:

• At least 3 years of experience with Android application development for mobile and wearable platforms.
• Java, Kotlin
• Unit testing
• Algorithms and data structures
• Experience with object-oriented design and programming (SOLID, Design patterns, Clean Architecture)
• Strong technical English
• Good soft skills (communication, teamwork)
• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree
   

Will be a plus:
 

• C/C++, CMake
• Math foundations of the computer graphics (linear algebra: vectors, matrices, affine transformations etc.)
• Graphics APIs (OpenGL, Vulkan)
• Graphics engines (Unity, Unreal engine, etc.)
• Camera 2 API
