Windows Desktop Developer (WinUI 3, WPF)

Codebridge is looking for a Windows Desktop Developer to join our team on scientific software project. The solution helps researchers manage and control complex laboratory hardware used for analyzing chemical substances. Users can connect the device, run and monitor tests, store and analyze collected data — all in a secure and user-friendly desktop application built with modern Windows UI technologies.
 

     Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience in Windows desktop application development 
• Strong knowledge of WinUI 3 and WPF 
• Solid understanding of MVVM and asynchronous programming (async/await) 
• Experience with hardware integration or working with external devices via USB/serial/Bluetooth is a big plus 
• Familiarity with app-level security, access control, and audit logging mechanisms 
• Good understanding of software design principles and patterns 
• Upper-Intermediate English level (both written and spoken) 
   

     Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain a Windows desktop application for managing laboratory hardware 
• Implement features for connecting, configuring, and running tests on the device 
• Ensure smooth and safe user interactions through robust UI/UX built on WinUI 3 
• Handle data acquisition, visualization, and analysis tools within the app 
• Collaborate closely with product and hardware teams to align on requirements and integration 
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security 
• Maintain detailed audit logs and implement access control features
