Logistics specialist (Amazon, E-com)

We’re rapidly expanding across North America and Europe, competing with top players like Tesla, Autel, and ChargePoint. Our Level 2 chargers set new benchmarks in the industry, and we’re looking for a logistics expert to help us keep everything moving — smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

 

Who We’re Looking For

You’re the right fit if you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in logistics, especially in planning and coordinating international shipments.
  • Know how to control shipping schedules and resolve conflicts with carriers.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience organizing and overseeing inspections (reviewing specs, verifying product quality).
  • Have a clear understanding of Incoterms and delivery conditions.
  • Are confident in written communication in English (B2 level or higher) — this is essential for supplier coordination.
  • Enjoy working with Excel / Google Sheets and have a strong sense of structure and documentation accuracy.
  • Are proactive in communication and know how to negotiate better terms with logistics partners.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Amazon logistics operations (FBA, delivery to FCs, etc.).
  • Ability to develop and implement logistics standards and optimize processes.
  • Knowledge of Chinese language.
  • Experience with demand forecasting and predicting stock needs.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and organizing international deliveries, aligning schedules and documentation with suppliers and carriers.
  • Tracking and controlling shipments to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
  • Optimizing shipping costs and calculating per-unit transportation expenses.
  • Coordinating inspections and ensuring quality control at various stages.
  • Managing supply levels and tracking Days of Supply (DOS) in warehouses.
  • Facilitating inter-warehouse transfers and internal shipment requests.
  • Filing and resolving claims for delayed or lost shipments.
  • Keeping delivery documentation accurate, organized, and stored in designated systems.
  • Suggesting improvements to make our logistics flow faster, smarter, and more cost-efficient.
