Senior DevOps / System Administrator Offline

A rapidly growing online platform with over 25,000+ daily connecting users is seeking a Senior DevOps / System Administrator to take ownership of a secure, high-performance, multi-region infrastructure. This is a mission-critical role where your work directly impacts platform speed, uptime, and global user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Design, deploy, and maintain a secure, redundant, and highly available self-hosted server infrastructure across multiple countries.
• Ensure that users always connect to the fastest server through smart load balancing, geo-routing, and latency optimization.
• Implement and manage robust CI/CD pipelines to support a fast-moving development team.
• Provide infrastructure support for applications built with Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Integrate and support AI-related workloads within the infrastructure.
• Maintain strong system security, ensuring the platform is hardened against attacks and data is protected at all times.
• Proactively monitor performance, availability, and system health; respond quickly to incidents or anomalies.
• Create clear, maintainable documentation and provide operational support for developers.

What You Bring

• 5+ years experience in a DevOps or SysAdmin role with large-scale systems.
• Proven expertise in managing self-hosted infrastructure—not just relying on cloud providers.
• Deep understanding of Linux server administration, network architecture, and system-level security.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and PostgreSQL in live environments.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Ability to manage multi-region deployments with intelligent server routing and load balancing.
• Experience with AI service integration and scalable backend processing is a major plus.
• A security-first mindset with the ability to predict, detect, and prevent infrastructure vulnerabilities.
