Head of Sales (B2B iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to launch and scale the B2B division of an iGaming company that has traditionally operated in B2C. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute the B2B sales strategy, establish client relationships from scratch, and secure the first partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement a sales strategy for B2B solutions (platform, payment modules, CRM, risk management, etc.).

•Build a client base: identify potential customers and close the first deals.

•Develop pricing models and commercial terms for different customer segments.

•Establish the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract signing and onboarding.

•Collaborate with product and technical teams to tailor solutions based on client needs.

•Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions (ICE, SiGMA, iGB, etc.).

•Build and scale the sales team: hiring and developing sales managers.

•Implement CRM and analytics tools for effective sales management.

 

Requirements:

•5+ years of experience in B2B sales in iGaming / SaaS / Fintech (iGaming experience is a strong advantage).

•Proven track record of launching a new product and building a client network.

•Deep understanding of B2B models in iGaming: platform solutions, payments, affiliate marketing, game content, etc.

•Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals with C-level executives.

•Experience working with international clients across various regulated and unregulated markets.

•English: Upper Intermediate or higher.

 

Nice to Have:

•Experience working with regulated markets.

•Established network of contacts among operators and service providers.

•Experience building a sales team from scratch.
