Head of Telesales

Our expectations:

โ—‰ Leadership qualities, experience in managing an international team, communication skills;
โ—‰ Skills in building and optimizing telephone sales processes;
โ—‰ Ability to analyze and improve the sales funnel, conduct A/B tests;
โ—‰ Skills in working with KPIs and reporting;
โ—‰ Fluent English;
โ—‰ Experience in a managerial position in the telesales team - from 1 year.

Will be a plus:

โ—‰ Experience in betting or casinos;
โ—‰ Experience working with the African market.

What you will be doing:

โ—‰ Managing the telesales team, setting goals and monitoring their implementation (?);
โ—‰ Developing sales strategies, ensuring the growth of key metrics;
โ—‰ Analysis of the team's work, training and development of employees;
โ—‰ Monitoring the KPI of each manager;
โ—‰ Optimization of scripts and call strategy;
โ—‰ Communication with local Heads of Telesales;
โ—‰ Participation in the process of hiring new employees;
โ—‰ Drawing up and monitoring the implementation of a monthly telesales conversion plan.
