About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong command of modern frontend technologies and solid backend proficiency to help architect and build core features of our platform. In this role, you’ll lead the implementation of elegant, responsive interfaces while actively shaping our backend services to support performance, scalability, and AI-powered functionality.

You’ll work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact experiences—balancing frontend polish with full-stack execution in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Ownership: Lead the end-to-end development of key product features across the stack, with emphasis on frontend excellence.
• Frontend Development: Build and refine responsive, accessible UIs using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Framer Motion.
• Backend Integration: Work with backend systems built in Python, shaping API designs and contributing to core service logic when needed.
• Architecture & Best Practices: Drive architectural decisions and enforce coding standards, performance, and maintainability across frontend and backend layers.
• Design Systems: Develop and evolve component libraries in collaboration with product designers.
• Testing & QA: Write robust unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure stability and reliability in production.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, participating in code reviews and technical discussions.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and AI teams to iterate quickly and launch features that drive business impact.

   

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong track record in B2B SaaS or data-driven applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion (or comparable animation libraries).
• Solid backend experience in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), with a strong grasp of REST APIs and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms, and experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of component architecture, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Proven ability to balance rapid development with long-term technical quality.

• Experience leading initiatives, mentoring developers, and working cross-functionally with product/design teams

   

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with Framer (no-code) or motion design tooling.
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications or integrating AI features in user-facing products.

• Familiarity with observability tools, analytics instrumentation, and performance tuning
