Senior Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will discover valuable insights from marketing data, help our team make data-driven decisions, and improve marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, loves working with data, and has strong technical skills in marketing analytics.
 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a marketing analyst, including 1 year in a senior role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of statistics and practical experience with A/B testing.
  • Expert knowledge of GA4 and GTM (Server Side is required).
  • Strong understanding of main marketing channels (Paid, Organic, Email).
  • Skilled in writing, optimizing, and using complex SQL queries for large datasets. Ability to use SQL effectively for data cleaning, transformation, and preparation.
  • Experience using Python for data analysis. Familiarity with tools like Jupyter Notebooks is a plus.
  • Practical experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Able to create clear visualizations to present complex insights.
  • English proficiency: at least upper-intermediate level (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with different teams, including marketing managers and analysts.

Will be a Plus:

  • Job experience in a product company.
  • Experience with Ads Data Hub.
  • Understanding of consent management platforms.
  • Knowledge of application analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing campaigns and provide clear recommendations to improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates by analyzing metrics, data, and A/B test results.
  • Automate analytical tasks and create reports in Power BI based on marketing data models developed with the Data Engineering team.
  • Regularly review key marketing metrics and provide insightful analyses.
  • Support the PPC team in tracking and improving the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and implement an effective attribution model for our SaaS product.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to address critical business questions quickly.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to enhance our analytics stack, improving its performance and scalability.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
