Outreach Caller – BIM/VDC Services (English Speaking) Offline

New Vision Agency, Inc. is an American-Ukrainian company operating in the U.S. market for nearly 7 years. We specialize in BIM modeling (Virtual Design and Construction), helping construction companies avoid delays and rework by building projects virtually before ground is broken.
We work with major general contractors and subcontractors including Swinerton, Whiting-Turner, Rosendin, Timberlab, Meta, Apple, and Google. Our services cover everything from architectural modeling to coordination, MEP detailing, and shop drawings.

     Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and fluent English-speaking Outreach Caller to help expand our client network in the U.S. construction market. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with general contractors and subcontractors, identify upcoming bid opportunities, and hand off qualified leads to our estimators and sales closers.

     Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients across the U.S. (scripts and data provided)
• Introduce the company and explain our BIM/VDC services (framing, coordination, MEP modeling, etc.)
• Identify upcoming construction projects and capture project details
• Build rapport with estimators, project managers, and coordinators
• Document leads and key call insights into CRM (e.g., Pipedrive)
• Follow up on prior communications and stay top of mind with prospects
• Set appointments or hand over warm leads to senior sales team
• Collaborate with the estimation team for proposal preparation

• Occasionally assist in preparing or sending out quotes when needed
   

  Requirements

• Strong spoken English (C1+ / Native)
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer engagement
• Familiarity with construction terms, architectural drawings, or BIM software is a benefit
• Strong attention to detail and ability to log call data clearly
• A confident and friendly personality, not afraid to initiate cold calls
• Ability to work from our office during U.S. business hours (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM Ukraine time)
