Flutter Developer Offline

We're looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our team and help bring to life a mobile experience for our modern real estate platform - connecting property sellers with buyers in smarter, more efficient ways. The mobile app integrates core real estate functions - property listings, client tracking, real-time chat, video/audio calls, and 3D property tours - into one cohesive user experience.
This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about building smooth, responsive cross-platform mobile solutions, and brings both technical expertise and a proactive, collaborative mindset to the table.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain a cross-platform mobile app using Flutter for a real estate communication and management platform
• Work closely with the Product Owner, Backend Engineers, and Designers - contributing ideas, sharing feedback, and collaborating to deliver high-quality, user-focused features
• Take responsibility for architectural choices and play an active role in crafting a great mobile experience

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Flutter/Dart development
• Experience building and deploying cross-platform mobile apps (iOS & Android)
• Familiarity with real-time communication features (e.g., chat, push notifications, video calls)
• Understanding of state management patterns (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, MobX)
• Clean, modular coding style and a solid understanding of modern cross-platform mobile architecture
• Comfortable working with designers and backend developers as part of a collaborative product team
• Confident communicating in English (Upper-Intermediate+), both written and spoken
• Proactive and collaborative mindset - you're not just a coder, you're part of the product's evolution

Nice to Have

• Experience with WebRTC or video/audio calling SDKs
• Experience integrating 3D visualization or interactive model viewers
• Familiarity with Firebase (messaging, push notifications, authentication, etc.)
• Experience in the Real Estate domain and/or in building CRM systems
• Comfort working with Figma or other design collaboration tools
