Brand Manager (offline)

We are a company within 70+ people. Set up in 2008, with only one office in Ukraine. We didn’t have any HR Brand Management activities before. Since there are some changes due to come, we are in search of an experienced specialist who will be able to define and implement an employer brand strategy.

Qualifications:
Experience in the same/similar role 2+ years
Strong understanding of employer branding and HR/Recruitment activities and policies
Excellent understanding of marketing and branding
IT Marketing related experience is a plus
Ability to create outstanding and applied ideas and their implementation
Experience in creating content (English/Ukrainian) and work with social media
High copywriting skills, ability to convey a message to the different groups of audience
Fluent English and Ukrainian languages

Responsibilities:
Definition and implementation of the Employer’s Brand strategy
Close cooperation with the HR/Recruitment team and local management
SMM activities
E-mail marketing
Copywriting and cooperation with technical teams
Management of events aimed at branding
Corporate branded products management
