Trainee Sales/HR Manager

IvorySoft — a Ukrainian software company with $1M+ earned on Upwork and 70+ completed projects - is on the hunt for a Sales/HR Assistant to join our team and grow with us.
We don’t expect you to know it all - we’ll teach you. But we do expect you to be sharp, proactive, and ready to learn fast.

This is a perfect entry point if you’re considering a career in IT Sales, Recruitment, or Project Management.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

Sales tasks:

• Research and collect leads based on given criteria (LinkedIn, email)
• Prepare and update presentations, CVs, and case studies
• Support and track outreach campaigns
• Help with Upwork bidding and communication

HR tasks:

• Screen new candidates (CV review, job board monitoring)
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with the team

• Communicate with candidates and send feedback

   

✅ We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a high level of English (both written and spoken)
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and not afraid to take initiative
• Wants to grow and learn something new every day

⭐️ Will be a plus:

• Completed sales / recruiting / IT PM courses
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn or Upwork

• Previous experience in administrative or assistant roles
