No Code Development Manager (Voice/Text boots)

The company “Automated Communication Solutions Ltd.” is a young and fast-growing IT company. We increase the efficiency of customer communication with the help of AI technologies. 

We are currently actively looking for a No Code Development Manager (voice/text robots) to join our team. 

Experience: Not required 
Employment Type: full-time, office work format 
Work Schedule: 5/2 
Working Hours: 8 
Location: Bulgaria, Sofia
 

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Monitoring product status, statistics, and task progress; 
- Building and launching voice and text chatbots on No Code platforms; 
- Analyzing chatbot efficiency, drawing conclusions, and making improvements; 
- Coordinating work with related teams and projects; 
- Testing the final IT product and making adjustments if necessary.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Ability to work with databases; 
- Algorithmic thinking; 
- Adaptability to various tasks/multitasking; 
- Proficient PC and Google Sheets user; 
- English level B1 or higher.

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲: 
- Official employment; 
- Employment Type: Full-time, full day; 
- Work Schedule: 5/2 (9:00–18:00 / 10:00–19:00); 
- Experience not required.

- English proficiency.
