We’re growing fast, moving into a new Columbus facility 4x the size of our last, and now we’re on a mission to develop a custom all-in-one WMS/ERP solution that can scale with our billion-dollar vision.

The Mission:
We’re looking for a rockstar Amazon Selling Partner API Developer to help architect and build a fully integrated backend system that streamlines our Amazon operations from order ingestion to warehouse management to real-time reporting and analytics.

This isn’t just about syncing orders — we’re talking full-stack automation, custom workflows, and intelligent dashboards.

What You'll Be Building:

• Order Management: Real-time Amazon order ingestion and processing
• Inventory Management: Amazon FBA & FBM syncing + warehouse stock levels
• Shipping & Fulfillment: Label generation, routing logic, integration with major carriers
• Accounting & Finance: Sales reconciliation, fee analysis, P&L breakdowns
• Purchasing & Supplier Tracking: Custom PO flows, supplier lead times, cost analysis
• Dashboard & Alerts: Actionable insights, error flags, and decision-making data
• Scalability: Modular architecture to support expansion into other marketplaces

Requirements:

• Deep experience with Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API)
• Strong backend skills: Python, Node.js, or similar
• Knowledge of WMS/ERP architecture
• Experience integrating with external services (UPS/FedEx, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and build scalable systems
• Bonus: Experience with high-volume Amazon sellers or 3PL/warehouse systems

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with Amazon brand gating, reimbursements, or performance data
• Knowledge of Amazon fee structures and reconciliation
• Prior experience working with Amazon DSP, Ads, or Vendor Central integrations
