  • Communication with clients via email, chat, messengers, phone.
  • Increasing the client base.
  • Customer retention.
  • Working with cold and hot customers.
  • Solving queries of our clients like a ninja.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients based on friendly partnership relations.
  • Collection and analysis of data to study the needs of our users.
  •  

Skills that will come in handy:

  • English — Upper Intermediate or above.
  • Previous experience in the customer service universe.
  • Communication skills that can sell ice to polar bears.
  • Problem-solving prowess.
  • Detail-orientation.
  • Knowing how to work both solo and in a team.
  • Fluent in German? Nice bonus, but not a deal-breaker.
