We’re Hiring: Middle DevOps Engineer

We’re a fast-growing Ukrainian startup creating innovative digital products that enhance user experience. Our team is made up of passionate professionals who believe that technology can solve real-world problems. Now, we’re looking for a  Senior DevOps Engineer to help us build and support high-load systems and infrastructure for our products.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (build automation, unit/functional/performance testing, deployment).
• Collaborate closely with the development team to implement DevOps best practices.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues; suggest and implement optimal solutions.
• Automate infrastructure processes using scripting languages (Bash, Python).
• Build, maintain, and monitor cloud-based infrastructure.
• Keep up with the latest DevOps technologies and tools.
• Drive innovation and optimization within infrastructure and deployment processes.

Tech Stack We Work With:

• CI/CD: GitLab CI, GitHub Actions (3+ years)
• Cloud & Containerization: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, ECS, EKS
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Helm
• Monitoring Tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenStack, NewRelic, Sentry
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Scripting: Bash, Python
• Networking & Routing

We’re open to introducing new technologies and improving our current setup!

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Solid hands-on experience with the technologies listed above
• Proactive and independent approach to decision-making and infrastructure planning
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Java or React-based applications
• Familiarity with Artifactory or similar tools

 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant certification
