Sales Manager (Junior, No Experience Required)

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Manager who wants to grow in B2B sales. No prior experience is required. What matters most is strong spoken and written English, and motivation to work in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Work with an existing lead base in Zoho CRM

• Make cold and warm calls using Zadarma (IP-telephony)

• Send emails and WhatsApp messages to potential clients

• Qualify leads

• Keep records and maintain CRM hygiene

Requirements:

• English level B2 or higher (spoken and written)

• Responsible and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls

• Experience with any CRM is a plus but not required
