Experienced backend developer

About the company:

We’re building a data-driven SaaS product that helps automate actions based on insights gathered through browser extensions and cloud backend processing.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll be joining a high-growth, technical founder-led project where:

• A Chrome extension periodically crawls data and sends it to the backend
• The backend (Node.js/NestJS) processes and stores the data in Postgres
• The extension later pulls the “calculated” results to apply updates on the client side
• All infrastructure is hosted in AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)

You’ll be helping to expand functionality, improve crawling logic, and add backend automation.

Tech Stack

• Node.js, TypeScript
• NestJS, Express, Prisma, Postgres
• Docker, AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, Route53)
• Basic frontend (HTML, CSS, JS) for Chrome extension UI
• HTTP proxies & crawling logic
• Familiarity with Cursor.com and Claude.ai (must-have)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience
• Strong in backend 
• Comfortable understanding and continuing existing codebase
• Able to dockerize components (eventually)
• Experience with proxies, scraping, and data workflows - bonus
• Fluent with AI-assisted coding (Cursor / Claude) - big bonus
