Sales Specialist (Marketing Services) for the US Market
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our Marketing Services Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and growth by selling our suite of marketing services, including digital marketing, brand development, advertising solutions, and content creation. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored marketing solutions that help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development:
- Identify and target potential clients within various industries for marketing services.
- Create and implement sales strategies to acquire new business.
- Conduct prospecting and lead generation through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend customized marketing solutions.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of our marketing services through various channels (face-to-face, virtual meetings, etc.).
- Sales Negotiation & Closing:
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Knowledge & Strategy:
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Analyze market conditions and adjust sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with service offerings and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of services post-sale.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development in CRM.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience (experience in selling marketing or advertising services is a big plus)
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing tactics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and manage client expectations.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time (PT)
