Ringostat is a Ukrainian AI-powered platform for telephony, call tracking, and call analytics. Our client portfolio includes over 2,000 active customers worldwide, including Peugeot, Mercedes-Benz, Jooble, and OLX.

We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Development Representative specialist. If you’re energetic, results-driven, and have experience in B2B sales, we’d love to have you on board!

What do we expect from you?

  • Languages. Polish - native or fluent, English - Upper Intermediate (B2) or above.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of people (strong communication skills, competent written and verbal speech)
  • You are a proactive and result oriented person. The process is important for you, but the main thing is the result and everything you do is for the sake of it.
  • Resilience in the face of challenges, ability to find alternative solutions
  • You are a highly organized person. Your CRM is always in order, and you don’t forget anything, even in a wild stream. In order not to forget something - you write it down.
  • You seek growth and are ready to achieve goals

If you can do even more - that’s great, then it will be easier for you to adapt, and you can earn more and faster.

What will you do?

  • Main responsibility — to appoint and organize meeting for the customer with Account Executive (closer).
  • Accompanying and timely communication with customers until the meeting is conducted (70% - warm Leads from marketing, 30% - cold calling)
  • First communication - identify customer’s needs
  • Providing the client with general information about the products and capabilities of the Ringostat platform.
  • Working with objections.
  • High-quality working with the CRM-system in accordance with the established regulations.
  • Participation in conferences, exhibitions, specialized profile events if needed.
