Relationship Development Specialist (LinkedIn)

Rondesignlab is hiring a Relationship Development Specialist (LinkedIn) with strategic thinking and a passion for building long-term, meaningful connections with potential clients. KPI: 5 discovery calls/month, typically within 3 months after first contact.

 

This is not a traditional Sales or LeadGen role: no mass outreach, no pressure tactics. We focus on quality over quantity and genuine, human-first conversations.
 

Your goal is to start thoughtful dialogues and nurture them over time. Some may lead to a call in a few weeks, others in 3-4 months - and that’s exactly how we work. 
 

You’ll have the chance to grow into BDM, SDR, or PR/Branding roles based on your interests and career goals.

 

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or client engagement, preferably within a B2B context
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Email Marketing Tools
  • Experience with CRM-systems
  • Upper-intermediate or Advanced English level
  • Experience with Western companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

As a plus:

  • Experience in working for IT outsource companies and Digital agencies
  • Understanding the principles of web design development

 

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify high-potential prospects based on our ICP on LinkedIn
  • Start thoughtful, personalized conversations on LinkedIn (no automation or scripts)
  • Form outreach lists and communication plan according to ICP
  • Qualification of the potential customers based on ICP
  • Arrange the initial Leads / Clients contacts
  • Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies
  • Regular communication with clients and follow-ups.
