Account manager

Our Partner is a global risk management platform that helps online companies prevent fraud, mitigate risks, and grow revenue.

 

Business issues that can be solved with help of our Partner: regulatory compliance, responsible gaming, KYC&KYB procedure automation, transaction analysis, risk management, chargeback mitigation, payment fraud, account theft, device emulation, and many others.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

– to be a leader in business development of partners and agree and sell additional services;

– conducting upsell and cross-sell for clients;

– coordinate communication processes with external partners and internal departments of the company to ensure the functioning of the partners’ business;

– analysis of the activities of the company’s clients, identification of development areas and opportunities for their resolution;

– communication with the analytics team for management and optimization of partner activity reporting;

– analysis of the market situation and prevention of external business threats of partners.
 

Mandatory Requirements

 

– English – advanced;

- Ukrainian - as a native language

– understanding operational principles in antifraud industry, payment industry and in risk management;

– customer orientation;

– high analytical skills;

– sales skills

– B2B communication experience

 

It will be an advantage:

 

– ability to work with analytical tools;

– general knowledge of KYC/due diligence/AML/GDPR/PCI DSS standards procedures;
