Devops engineer to $3000

We’re looking for a DevOps engineer with at least 2 years of experience in commercial software engineering to manage our client’s cloud infrastructure.
 

Required Technologies:

• AWS
• Kubernetes
• Terraform
• CI/CD tools (e.g., AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions)
• Linux server management
   

Also Great to Have:

• Experience with infrastructure supporting large file transfers (e.g., high-throughput servers, CDN setup, bandwidth optimization)
• Experience with AWS Thinkbox Deadline
• Understanding of 3D rendering workflows
• Experience with MongoDB
• Knowledge of networking and security best practices
• Experience working in startups
   

Soft Skills:

• Strong English communication (emails, chatting)
• Realistic task estimation
• Ability to work remotely and collaboratively
   

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes, ensuring it supports large file transfers efficiently.
• Deploy and maintain the render farm integration with AWS Thinkbox Deadline.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Optimize infrastructure performance and cost, especially for large file operations.
