DevOps Engineer Offline

As we continue to scale and enhance our technology infrastructure, we are seeking a System Administrator / DevOps Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to optimize our cloud-based operations, automate workflows, and ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
• Infrastructure & Cloud Management: Maintain and optimize cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
• Automation & CI/CD: Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments, improve efficiency, and reduce downtime.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, monitor system vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Set up monitoring tools, analyze system performance, and proactively address potential bottlenecks.
• Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system issues, minimizing disruptions to platform operations.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with developers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and applications.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools to manage and automate infrastructure deployments.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Design and maintain robust backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of emerging DevOps technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance system efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Engineer in a high-growth tech environment.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and managing production-grade workloads.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting & automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar).
• Experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of security best practices, network protocols, and IAM configurations.
• Familiarity with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, Datadog, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
