Binary Future, a fast-growing company with an excellent reputation and a strong team, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Upwork Specialist) to take full ownership of our Upwork sales channel. If you have a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and maximizing sales on Upwork, weโ€™d love to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:

โ€” Develop and implement a winning Upwork strategy to generate high-quality leads.

โ€” Manage the entire Upwork sales funnel, from profile optimization to deal closure.

โ€” Write compelling proposals and win high-value contracts.

โ€” Maintain an active presence on Upwork: bidding, responding to invites, and nurturing client relationships.

โ€” Conduct market research to identify trends, high-potential niches, and ideal customer profiles.

โ€” Optimize Upwork profile, case studies, and service offerings to increase visibility and conversion rates.

โ€” Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high retention and repeat business.

โ€” Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project onboarding and delivery.

โ€” Track key metrics, analyze performance, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

What We Expect:

โœ… 2+ years of experience in B2B sales / Upwork business development with a proven track record.

โœ… Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, bidding strategies, and profile optimization.

โœ… Advanced English levelโ€“ written & spoken.

โœ… Ability to write winning proposals and craft persuasive messaging.

โœ… Negotiation skills to close deals with international clients.

โœ… Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to track leads effectively. 
โœ… Experience with Gig Radar for automating and streamlining lead generation.

โœ… A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and optimize results.

โœ… Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
