Binary Future, a fast-growing company with an excellent reputation and a strong team, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Upwork Specialist) to take full ownership of our Upwork sales channel. If you have a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and maximizing sales on Upwork, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities:
— Develop and implement a winning Upwork strategy to generate high-quality leads.
— Manage the entire Upwork sales funnel, from profile optimization to deal closure.
— Write compelling proposals and win high-value contracts.
— Maintain an active presence on Upwork: bidding, responding to invites, and nurturing client relationships.
— Conduct market research to identify trends, high-potential niches, and ideal customer profiles.
— Optimize Upwork profile, case studies, and service offerings to increase visibility and conversion rates.
— Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high retention and repeat business.
— Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project onboarding and delivery.
— Track key metrics, analyze performance, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
What We Expect:
✅ 2+ years of experience in B2B sales / Upwork business development with a proven track record.
✅ Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, bidding strategies, and profile optimization.
✅ Advanced English level– written & spoken.
✅ Ability to write winning proposals and craft persuasive messaging.
✅ Negotiation skills to close deals with international clients.
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to track leads effectively.
✅ Experience with Gig Radar for automating and streamlining lead generation.
✅ A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and optimize results.
✅ Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
