If you have a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and maximizing sales on Upwork, weโd love to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities:
โ Develop and implement a winning Upwork strategy to generate high-quality leads.
โ Manage the entire Upwork sales funnel, from profile optimization to deal closure.
โ Write compelling proposals and win high-value contracts.
โ Maintain an active presence on Upwork: bidding, responding to invites, and nurturing client relationships.
โ Conduct market research to identify trends, high-potential niches, and ideal customer profiles.
โ Optimize Upwork profile, case studies, and service offerings to increase visibility and conversion rates.
โ Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high retention and repeat business.
โ Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project onboarding and delivery.
โ Track key metrics, analyze performance, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
What We Expect:
โ 2+ years of experience in B2B sales / Upwork business development with a proven track record.
โ Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, bidding strategies, and profile optimization.
โ Advanced English levelโ written & spoken.
โ Ability to write winning proposals and craft persuasive messaging.
โ Negotiation skills to close deals with international clients.

Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to track leads effectively.

Experience with Gig Radar for automating and streamlining lead generation.
โ A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and optimize results.
โ Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
