As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Reply.io, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales funnel — qualifying inbound leads, identifying prospective agencies/consultants, and launching targeted outbound campaigns. This is an entry-level position with an opportunity to learn and develop your skills in SaaS sales, business development, and partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Lead Qualification: Receive and review inbound leads, assessing potential fit for our product.
  • Categorize inbound leads into predefined categories.
  • Conduct initial outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to schedule demos or hand off to the Account Executive team.
  • Outbound Campaign Execution: Identify new potential leads among sales agencies and consultants through research and prospecting.
  • Develop and launch targeted email, social, and (optionally) phone outreach sequences.
  • Maintain organized records of outreach activity, track leads throughout the sales cycle.
  • Work closely with our Sales, and Partnership teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide regular feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Report on key metrics (e.g., number of meetings booked, qualified leads generated).
  • Stay up to date on SaaS industry trends, Reply.io product updates, and best practices in sales development.
  • Seek opportunities to expand knowledge about business, sales, and partnership development.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Passion for SaaS & Business: Demonstrable enthusiasm for learning about software-as-a-service (SaaS), business development, sales, and partnerships.
  • Basic Research Skills: Comfortable using online tools to identify potential leads and gather relevant information.
  • Communication Skills: Confident and friendly through written channels: email, chat and social channels.
  • Adaptability & Curiosity: Willingness to experiment, learn from failures, and continuously improve.

 

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Willingness to do phone calls with cold/warm leads.
  • Experience with lead generation, or any customer-facing role.
  • Understanding of general sales/marketing frameworks and funnels.
  • Prior knowledge or exposure to CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
