What you'll be working on:

πŸ” Strategy of roles launch on Upwork

πŸ’» Involvement into hiring of Lead Generator(s), coordination of his/her/their work

πŸ’¬ Pre-qualify leads by any open information, direct communication and follow-up them

✏️ Write custom proposals for leads

πŸ‹οΈ Collaborating closely with sales and engineering teams to achieve common goals

βš™οΈ Manage sales activity in the internal CRM

 

Experience that will help you to do the job:

  • Minimum of 2 years in IT sales on Upwork with proven track record
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English for effective client communication
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities effectively
  • Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude or alternative LLMs

     

Experience that will be a plus:

  • Hands-on experience with lead generation on Upwork
  • Experience managing data in Google Sheets or Airtable
  • Experience with task management tools like Asana or ClickUp
  • Coordination of the team
