What you'll be working on:
π Strategy of roles launch on Upwork
π» Involvement into hiring of Lead Generator(s), coordination of his/her/their work
π¬ Pre-qualify leads by any open information, direct communication and follow-up them
βοΈ Write custom proposals for leads
ποΈ Collaborating closely with sales and engineering teams to achieve common goals
βοΈ Manage sales activity in the internal CRM
Experience that will help you to do the job:
- Minimum of 2 years in IT sales on Upwork with proven track record
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English for effective client communication
- Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities effectively
Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude or alternative LLMs
Experience that will be a plus:
- Hands-on experience with lead generation on Upwork
- Experience managing data in Google Sheets or Airtable
- Experience with task management tools like Asana or ClickUp
- Coordination of the team
