Business Developer (Growth Profit Focus)

Format: Remote 
Location: Flexible (remote worldwide)
 

What you'll do:

• Identify new market opportunities and ways to scale the business.
• Build and develop partnerships, find new client acquisition channels.
• Expand client base through B2B cooperation, strategic alliances, outreach and other methods.
• Analyze competitive environment and identify growth points.
• Work with marketing and sales to improve new client acquisition efficiency.
• Test and implement new approaches to monetization, cross-selling and scaling.

• Use analytics to improve client acquisition and retention metrics.

   

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales / business development (2+ years) in Western markets (Europe, USA, UK).
• Understanding of outreach processes, partnership building, and strategic marketing.
• Experience in niche areas, complex products or SaaS/hosting/marketplaces is a plus.
• Analytical thinking, data skills and ability to identify effective growth strategies.
• High level of English (B2-C1) for communication and negotiations.

• Experience with CRM, sales automation, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), email tools.

• Remote work, european-based company.
• Schedule: 5 working days / 2 days off.
• Working hours: fixed, from 9:00 to 18:00.
• Lunch break: flexible, 1 hour between 12:00 and 15:00.
• Mandatory probationary period of 2-3 months (can be closed earlier, retroactively).
