DevOps Engineer (Warsaw)
We are a product-based company developing our own solutions in the iGaming industry. Currently, we are looking for an experienced System Administrator / DevOps Engineer to join our team in Warsaw. This is a full-time, in-office position with a long-term perspective. We are looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also ready to take ownership of the infrastructure, ensure stability, scalability, and security, and actively contribute to the improvement and automation of systems and processes.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux servers and workstations, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security
- Administering and configuring network services and equipment, with a focus on MikroTik routers and switches
- Performing routine system maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
- Implementing network security measures, managing firewalls, and configuring VPN/proxy services (such as VLESS, Shadowsocks) to safeguard sensitive information
- Managing virtualization infrastructure based on Proxmox
- Working with container technologies such as Docker and LXC
- Providing system-level support for tools and services such as RocketChat, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), GitLab
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Linux system administration
- Deep knowledge of Docker, including the ability to write Dockerfiles for microservices and handle complex tasks
- Experience with virtualization (preferably Proxmox, or similar platforms)
- Strong networking experience, especially with MikroTik and general network configuration
- Hands-on experience with VPN setup and firewall management
- Experience using Ansible or Puppet for configuration management
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
