PEGA Developer (Entry-Level)

We are looking for a motivated software developer who is eager to learn PEGA and develop expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) solutions. Prior experience with PEGA is not required, but a strong background in Java, Python, C#, or other programming languages is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Learn PEGA through training and hands-on development.

• Design, develop, and implement workflow automation and case management solutions.

• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements.

• Configure UI components, workflows, and integrate PEGA with other enterprise applications.

• Optimize PEGA applications for performance and scalability.

• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging activities.

• Follow industry best practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in Java, Python, C#, or any object-oriented programming language.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.

• Understanding of databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with BPM, low-code platforms, or workflow automation.

• Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

• Previous experience with enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, etc.).
