Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and a proven history of delivering high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will design and implement clear code, spearhead automation efforts for testing, and ensure our product releases maintain the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and sustain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using our core technologies: NodeJS, MongoDB, TypeScript, React, and JavaScript;
- Implement best practices for code organization;
- Champion the use of automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance software quality;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize development tasks;
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues;

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development;
- Proven experience in product development and release management;
- Proficiency in NodeJS, MongoDB, TypeScript, React, and JavaScript;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and quality assurance processes;
- A passion for writing clean, maintainable code with a keen eye for detail;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS;
- Familiarity with cloud-agnostic concepts and implementation.

We are looking for a very strong Senior Full Stack Dev with a good personality in Barcelona (+/- 100 km).
The project started 5 years ago as a small startup. There are 12 technical people + 2 founders. One of them is from Spain. Also, one more Tech Lead/Architect from Ukraine was added to the team.
