We are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Media Sales Manager
This role offers a potential leadership opportunity within the team.
 


Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in media sales / digital advertising - preferably in iGaming, betting, media or digital marketing
- Deep understanding of advertising models, sponsorship sales, and pricing strategies in the igaming media sector
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher) for business communication, fluent Russian
- Proficiency in sales techniques (consultative selling, value-based selling, objection handling)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

The following skills would be an additional benefit:
- Existing industry contacts 
- Proven experience in the iGaming niche

Responsibilities
- Sell advertising services, including brand awareness campaigns, social media sponsorships, and media placements across our platforms
- Develop and optimize pricing models to create attractive and profitable offers for advertisers 
- Prepare advertising materials, presentations, and sales proposals tailored to client needs
- Expand and manage client relationships, establishing long-term partnerships with key market players
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, production), consult them to ensure that advertising products and placements are optimized from a sales perspective
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and propose new monetization strategies
- Provide comprehensive reporting at all sales stages, tracking performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and revenue impact to ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making
