Channel manager / Partner manager
BAKOTECH is an international company focused on value-added IT distributors representing solutions of leading IT vendors. Being a True Value Added IT distributor, BAKOTECH provides professional pre-sales, post-sales, marketing, and technical support for partners and end-customers. Geographically the company operates in 26 countries covering Eastern Europe, the Baltic States, the CIS, and the Balkan with offices in Kyiv, Prague, KrakΓ³w, Astana, Almaty, and Baku.
Right now we are looking for a Channel Manager to extend our team.
Desired Qualifications:
β’ 2 years of current sales, experience is required, preferably, as a Channel or Account manager. Technology and/or software sales industry experience required as well;
β’ English β Upper intermediate level;
β’ Ability to learn technical information and communicate technical details required;
β’ Experience with CRM is a plus;
β’ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general business software;
β’ Strong time-management skills;
β’ Good at business correspondence and communication skills;
β’ Results-driven;
β’ Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:
β’ Manage the overall monthly performance of estimated and quoted opportunities within the assigned region;
β’ Develop business relations with the current channel partners and grow them to higher partner levels;
β’ Meet regularly with channel partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals and ensure MDF plan accomplishment;
β’ Support partners to develop sale proposals and opportunities;
β’ Educate current partners on the new version releases, pricing, and ongoing partner promotions;
β’ Achieve targets in the compensation plan;
β’ Daily calls, emails, product demonstrations;
β’ Report to the correspondent manager.
