Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Trainee AQA specialist with minimal hands-on experience or a graduate of automation testing courses, ready to actively learn and work in the QA Automation field. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career under the guidance of an experienced mentor.

Your tasks during the probation period:

  • Learn internal standards and approaches to test automation.
  • Create and maintain automated tests for WEB/Mobile/API (based on ready-to-use frameworks).
  • Work with automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, WDIO, Pytest (depending on the project).
  • Write and maintain test documentation: checklists, test cases for automation.
  • Run automated tests in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and analyze results.
  • Work with databases (SQL queries to verify test data).
  • Participate in team meetings, discuss technical solutions, and receive feedback from your mentor.
  • Gain practical skills in creating high-quality and stable automated tests.

Required skills and knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of a programming language (Python, JavaScript).
  • Understanding of OOP principles and code structure.
  • Understanding of SDLC.
  • Theoretical knowledge of automated testing (preferably hands-on experience from pet projects or courses).
  • Basic Git skills.
  • Entry-level knowledge of SQL.
  • Basic understanding of API (RESTful API) and testing using Postman or similar tools.
  • English β€” Intermediate+ (ability to read documentation and communicate via work messengers).

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with Docker or CI/CD (e.g., developing Jenkins pipelines during courses).
  • Participation in educational or pet projects (willingness to share code samples).
  • Bash scripting skills are a plus.
  • Experience with UIAutomator2 and/or XCUITest.
  • Experience working with test reports (Allure, Playwright, etc.).
