FullStack Engineer (Python + React)

English Level: Upper-Intermediate+
Time zone requirement: Minimum 2–3 hours overlap with the US working day
We’re hiring a skilled FullStack Engineer for one of the world’s Top-5 global management consulting firms, renowned for working with Fortune 500 clients across finance, media, tech, and government sectors. Their trusted platform supports high-impact decision-making at scale.
About the Project:
You’ll join the development of a proprietary internal platform designed to streamline collaboration with external network service providers. The tool enables consultants to discover, schedule, and interview subject-matter experts, access past transcripts, and manage expert interactions — all within a secure, insights-driven environment.
Tech Stack:
Python | React | PostgreSQL | MongoDB
What you’ll work with:
- Back-end systems in Python (Go is a plus)
- RESTful API development and optimization
- Front-end in React, using modern features like hooks and context API
- UI state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand)
- PostgreSQL: schema design, complex queries, performance tuning
- MongoDB for NoSQL solutions and efficient data modeling
- Full-cycle integration of front-end and back-end components
- Scalable architecture: microservices, event-driven design
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Python back-end development
- Proficiency in JavaScript and React for building interactive UIs
- Deep understanding of REST API development and integration
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Familiarity with scalable app design principles and architectural best practices
- Experience building reusable, maintainable front-end components
- Ability to work across the full stack and contribute to both UI/UX and data layers
Nice to have:
- Experience with Go
- Collaborating with designers to implement UI/UX concepts
- Secure, scalable system implementation experience
