About the Role
As an SDR placed through Foresthire, you'll be the engine driving lead generation for innovative tech companies. You'll use your prospecting skills to identify and qualify potential customers, setting the stage for revenue growth. You’ll be partnering with companies that are rapidly scaling and looking for SDRs to help them penetrate new markets and expand their reach. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and social media.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).
- Schedule demos and meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required).
- Min 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (internships count!).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- A genuine interest in technology and startups.

Compensation and Legal Details
- Earning Potential: Base salary varies by company; most roles offer $40,000-$60,000 OTE (on-target earnings). This is comprised of a base salary and commission.
