Webflow Developer

P2H is looking for a Webflow Developer to join our Marketing team and take ownership of creating high-converting, visually engaging landing pages. Your role will focus on user experience, motion design to push the boundaries of web interactivity.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Development of landing pages and web interfaces using Webflow.
• Implement animations and motion design to enhance user engagement and interactivity.
• Translate Figma mockups into fully functional, pixel-perfect web pages.
• Ensure websites are fully responsive, visually engaging, and optimized for performance.
• Set up and manage CMS collections for dynamic content management.
• Optimize websites for speed and accessibility.
   

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in building landing pages with a focus on user experience and visual appeal.
• Proficiency in Webflow for designing, prototyping, and developing responsive websites.
• Solid understanding of animations and motion design to enhance user interactions and engagement.
• Experience working with CMS structures in Webflow.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (for interactions and custom scripts).
• Basic knowledge of low-code development (preferred) for adding simple functionality and customizations

• Strong eye for branding and visual storytelling in web design
