🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux-based infrastructure (servers and workstations).
- Build and improve automation workflows using scripting (Bash, Python) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Manage and monitor network infrastructure, with a focus on MikroTik routers and switches.
- Set up and maintain secure environments, including firewalls, VPNs, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployments.
- Participate in future migrations to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and performance through automation and DevOps best practices.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and system-level troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with MikroTik networking devices (or strong general networking skills).
- Scripting experience (Bash, Python); bonus if you’ve dabbled with Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
- Strong interest in DevOps principles: CI/CD, monitoring, containerization (Docker), cloud services.
- Problem-solver mindset, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.
📍 Location: On-site in Poland (office-based role).
This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to transition from traditional sysadmin tasks into full-scale DevOps engineering. You’ll have the chance to shape infrastructure, automate at scale, and learn modern DevOps tools in a supportive, growth-focused team.
