Role Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive naval, industrial, and electromechanical expertise, plus strong resource management skills. The candidate will play a dual role as a Project Manager and Technical Expert, managing resources, optimizing processes, reducing operational costs, and ensuring profitability. The position leverages naval experience and leadership abilities to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality execution of maritime infrastructure and automation projects.
 

Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams, providing clear direction and motivation.
• Optimize project workflow and resource allocation to meet strategic goals.
• Analyze project costs and workflows to reduce expenses and boost profitability.
• Apply naval electromechanical and industrial engineering knowledge to complex maritime projects.
• Solve operational and logistical issues decisively and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with national and international maritime standards.
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders, including executive management and technical teams.
• Provide mentoring and leadership to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.
   

Qualifi cations:

• Professional with Naval Submarine background (retired from active service).
• Degree in Engineering and Naval/Marine Electromechanical Technology.
• Management experience in resource and personnel administration.
• Proven track record in significant maritime and riverine projects.
• Strong analytical skills and decisive problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent communication and reporting capabilities in English, Spanish, extra languages are a bonus.
