Full-Stack Developer (Next.js, API Integrations, AI) to $6000

🟠 About the project: our client is a fast-growing AI startup looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join their team. Their tech stack includes Next.js, Supabase, Firebase, and Vercel. They focus on building robust APIs and integrating with third-party tools like Zapier, Make.com, and AI APIs. 

The development team consists of three full-stack developers, using Linear for project management. They follow a fast-paced development cycle, with a development and production environment (no staging). Their CI/CD is minimal, relying on Vercel deployments and manual testing.

🟠 Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Next.js (both front-end and back-end);
• Proficiency in API development and third-party integrations;
• Experience with Supabase, Firebase, or similar databases;
• Familiarity with AI APIs and how to integrate them;
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a small team;
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to development.

🟠 Would be a plus:

• Experience with ReactFlow, LiveBlocks, Zapier, or Make.com.

🟠 Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Next.js applications (both front-end and back-end);
• Build and optimize APIs for internal and external integrations;
• Work with Supabase and Firebase for data storage and management;
• Integrate with third-party services like Zapier, Make.com, and AI APIs;
• Collaborate with the team using PR reviews and manual testing;
• Improve monitoring and logging (they use BetterStack and Sentry.io);
• Contribute to automating testing and improving CI/CD processes.

🟠 Development Process:

• The team uses Linear to plan and track tasks. 
• The code is reviewed via PRs, and manual testing is performed before deployment.
• Deployments are managed through Vercel, with monitoring via BetterStack and Sentry.io.
• The company is open to improving its testing strategy (manual and automated).

🟠 Interview steps:

• Screening with the recruiter (about 30 minutes).
• Technical interview (about 1 hour).
• Optional take-home task.
• Optional technical interview with the client (about 1 hour).
