Learning and Development Manager

We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join our brilliant Client— a large and powerful iGaming company with its headquarters in Limassol, Cyprus.
 

🌏 Cyprus (onsite or relocate).
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Collaborate with leaders to understand current and future skill needs and develop learning & development programs accordingly;
  • Lead change management efforts and proactively drive initiatives related to talent development;
  • Implement learning technologies and platforms to facilitate efficient and effective knowledge sharing and learning across the organization;
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in organizational development, talent management, and learning & development;
  • Define and refine the organizational and leadership competency framework and assimilate them into the company`s culture;
  • Support succession planning efforts to identify and prepare high-potential employees to build a robust pipeline of ready leaders;
  • Coordinate with the international platforms and sources, as well as tools and programs design for external key experts attraction approach launch;
  • Collaborate and foster strong relationships with c-suite and senior leaders, HR and other key stakeholders to assess and understand development needs, ensure program alignment and gain buy-in for leadership initiatives;
  • Partner with leadership and HR to measure bench strength and determine the impact of leadership initiatives;
  • Maintain a strong connection to industry leaders of Leadership Development and continue development of personal and team subject matter expertise;
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting employee engagement and retention.
     

Required Experience & Skills:
 

  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or similar;
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods;
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices;
  • Experience in project management and budgeting;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS);
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen;
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors;
  • BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field;
  • Upper-intermediate English;
  • Native Ukrainian.
